Then again there is something to be said for brevity is there not? The fact that there is a statement within a question does not exclude the interrogative nature of one who leans over to observe the formation of a sentence. This is a sentence as this is and as this clause may be one as well. Language has the many rules unspoken. Language puts on many hats. Language wears a raincoat. The raincoat of language shall shed you as the senseless slough of water that you are. Language has no room for you who cannot kiss it. Kiss it. Kiss the language softly as you leave.
